Senior Manager Enterprise Infrastructure Operations
Summary:  Responsible for the daily operations of, and secondarily responsible for, the Enterprise Infrastructure group, the Senior Infrastructure Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations related to supporting the core pillar teams, as well as the management of the Audio Visual, Monitoring & Availability personnel, as well as the 24/7 outsourced Network Operations Center.

  • Accountable for general business functions of the Enterprise Infrastructure (EI) group.
  • Responsible for life cycle upgrade & asset management processes, reporting, and compliance.
  • Responsible for demand management (includes after-hours support) planning and reporting.
  • Responsible for incident response reporting and documentation processes as related to infrastructure technologies
  • Responsible for problem response & closure processes within the EI group
  • Responsible for technical documentation processes, reporting, and maintenance within the EI group
  • Responsible for operational processes and procedures within the EI group
  • Responsible for Project and Enhancement processes and procedures within the EI group
  • Lead project management functions for the EI Group, to include project management of cross-functional projects within the EI group.
  • Assists the Director of Enterprise Infrastructure in maintaining, projecting, and reporting on budgets in support of the organizational business needs
  • Coordinate with teams in the Information Services (IS) Department to ensure operational processes within the EI group are in alignment with departmental priorities and mandates
  • Lead efforts of continual improvement processes within the EI group
  • Work with the teams in the IS department and EI group to define SLAs and OLAs, and to define their reporting processes and adherence of these
  • Recruit and develop appropriate levels of staff in the areas of Audio Visual and Monitoring needs.
  • Provide leadership and management of Audio Visual and Monitoring personnel.
