Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Include But Not Limited To)

• Conduct medical review of applicants.
• Follow up with applicant if questions arise and/or if application is medically denied.
• Work with Director of Staffing on special projects, including immunizations required, etc.
• Liaise with International Chief Medical Officer (ICMO) and Crew Physician regarding medical issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Requirements)

• Good computer skills and attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to learn custom systems and applications.
• Excellent Communication skills required - both written and verbal.
• Supportive of Mercy Ships mission and vision, and committed to its core values.
• Understand and apply servant leadership, work collaboratively with integrity and demonstrate accountability

Education and Experience

• BS in Nursing required.
• Must be a Registered Nurse.
• Prior experience with Mercy Ships preferred but not required.
• Successful completion of Mercy Ships Entry Training will be required within the first year
