Summary:  Assist the CIO and other IS Managers in fulfilling various administrative, secretarial and organizational duties and tasks for the Information Services Department.
Description:  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Include But Not Limited To)

To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

  • Assist with purchase and supply of IT equipment and resources
  • Assist in the compilation of metrics, statistics and reports
  • Assist with the upkeep of departmental documentation, policies and procedures
  • Assist in the tracking and management of IT assets
  • Arrange travel schedules and reservations for traveling IS staff
  • Take minutes for various IS department meetings
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Cover the main switchboard on a rotating basis as well as fill in when needed
  • Other duties as assigned
