- Organize, write, edit, and format technical information to produce high-quality, easy-to-understand documents for specific audiences.
- Create policy, process, and procedural documentation, and other written content that communicates complex information in a clear and concise manner and is aligned with our templates and glossary.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to create documentation that meets the needs of the intended audience.
- Promote organizational culture and excellence through how we communicate and share information.
- Actively participate in the cross-functional KMA working group responsible for managing content globally across the organization, within locational sites, and functional departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
