Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Include But Not Limited To)
To fulfill this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Work with sponsors, customers, Information Services staff and other stakeholders to define requirements
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to determine functional requirements, technical solutions, alternative approaches and related impacts
- Uncover business functionality, technical details, and risks as well as help formulate options to drive decisions towards the best solution
- Take ownership of the functionality being delivered
- Lead customer interviews and business analysis sessions
- Conduct research on software and hardware products and services to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts
- Create models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers
- Other duties as assigned.
