Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Include But Not Limited To)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to contribute and become part of a fast paced, results oriented team of professionals and able to perform each essential duty to a high degree of excellence:

• Collaborate with the Fund Management and broader Finance team to validate and maintain the organization's accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives
• Perform accurate and timely grant and fund accounting
• Understand the organization’s financial transaction systems and assist with international accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare revenue and expense accounting entries
• Learn and assist with the full cycle reporting and period-end close processes
• Prepare monthly reports and account reconciliations
• Assist the Fund Management team in daily processes, projects, and strategic planning
• Cross-train to learn and assist with other functions to ensure seamless operations
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong MS Office skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to critically analyze, interpret and present financial information.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Valid driver license preferred.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematic
