Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Include But Not Limited To)
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to contribute and become part of a fast paced, results oriented team of professionals and able to perform each essential duty to a high degree of excellence:
- Collaborate with the Fund Management and broader Finance team to validate and maintain the organization's accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives
- Perform accurate and timely grant and fund accounting
- Understand the organization’s financial transaction systems and assist with international accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare revenue and expense accounting entries
- Learn and assist with the full cycle reporting and period-end close processes
- Prepare monthly reports and account reconciliations
- Assist the Fund Management team in daily processes, projects, and strategic planning
- Cross-train to learn and assist with other functions to ensure seamless operations
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong MS Office skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to critically analyze, interpret and present financial information.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Valid driver license preferred.
