- Manage and develop the Recruiting department, setting sourcing and recruitment marketing goals, directing work, and preparing budgets.
- Develop and oversee implementation of the annual Manpower Strategic Market Plan (SMP) for the US. Consolidate and evaluate National Office Manpower SMPs to assess the global picture.
- Work closely with Global Brand and Marketing to create and maintain a sustainable and effective digital presence on social media.
- Provide strategy and direction for Talent Brand Manager in creating and maintaining an effective alumni engagement program.
- Develop, track, and report on qualitative and quantifiable metrics that are indicative of program efficiency and effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Systems Administrator and Information Services to ensure the talent acquisition tech stack meets of demands of the organization.
- Support national office markets in recruiting efforts. Attend events and visit key locations, as needed, to maintain and develop key relationships.
- Hire and develop direct reports, conduct performance appraisals, and review/update position descriptions.
- Provide design input for the Introduction to Mercy Ships (IMS) programs.
- Explore and maintain current knowledge of industry best practices and implement as appropriate in the organization.
