$68,565 USD; Compensation is based on many factors including skill, experience & qualifications. Compensation may vary due to the Candidate’s location.

Job Summary

Maintain and improve functional processes with technology solutions. Key supporting finance partner to international fundraising groups. Reporting into the FP&A Manager.

 How You’ll Contribute

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Gather financial data and supporting documents.
  • Generate routine financial reports.
  • Maintain data analysis templates and dashboards for organizational financials. 
  • Coordinate generating monthly newsletter and other communications from Finance department.
  • Maintain close working relationships with the international fundraising offices and act as their financial liaison. 
  • Assist during the set up and execution of forecast and budget cycles.
  • Cross train and assist the Fund Management team as needed.
  • Other projects and analysis as assigned.

 Education And Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, data science, economics or other relevant field required. 
  • Experience with data management including the ability to structure and collate data sets for ease of analysis. 
  • Experience with any of the following tools: Qlik Sense, Microsoft PowerApps/Forms/Dynamics 365, SalesForce, SQL. 
  • Previous experience living and working on a Mercy Ships vessel is preferred.
  • Successful completion of Mercy Ships Entry Training will be required within the first year.
