Online Learning Support Coordinator
Summary:  The Online Learning Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating educational support for families.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities (Include But Not Limited To)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Support families through the educational support selection process.
  • Primarily liaison with online partner school and external support providers. 
  • Responsible for registering students for online courses with partner schools.
  • Ordering parent led curriculum selected by families.
  • Coordinating shipping and delivery of all needed supplies for families aboard. 
  • Weekly monitoring of students progress.
  • Daily 'helpline' support for families participating. 
  • Monthly contact with parents to ensure continued support.
  • Maintaining a record of experiences, liaise with accounting to ensure all payments are made.
  • Maintain students records to ensure accurate transcripts for all students. 
  • Provide regular written reports to the Academy Director. 
  • Collaborate with the Academy Director, to develop an Educational Transition Plan. 
  • Assist Academy Director with Curriculum Development, focused on documentation. 
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Proficient communicator, both written and verbal. 
  • Highly organized and strong administrative skills. 
  • Willing to learn new applications needed for the role. 
  • Comfortable with video calls and working online. 
  • Team player, with the ability to be flexible and make adjustments as needed.
