Kids On Boarding Assistant
Summary: Assist the Kids On Boarding Training Facilitator in planning and implementing a structured 2-week training program for children and teens, (5-16) which mirrors the adult On Boarding program. The position duration is 3 weeks and includes weekends.
Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
- Assist in implementing Monday-Friday
- Ensure the children's safety at all times and follow the seat belt policy on all outings.
- Promote spiritual development, social interaction and fun.
- Assist organizing, maintaining and cleaning of own classroom area.
- Communicate regularly with parents of children in program as needed.
- Communicate regularly with the Training Facilitator for Kids On Boarding.
- Assist in all components of program preparation, implementation, and follow-up as directed.
- Other duties as assigned.

The requirements listed below are representative of the education and / or experience required.
- Prior experience working with children required.
- CPR and First Aid certified beneficial.
- Cross-cultural and multi-generational experience preferred.
- Teaching experience preferred.
