Kids On Boarding Assistant
Summary:  Assists Kids On Boarding Training Facilitator in planning and implementing a structured 4-week program for children 5-16 of On Boarding participants. For duration of 6 weeks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Include but Not Limited To)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Assist in implementing a program for a structured day of activities and outings, Monday-Friday and Six total weeks.
  • Ensure the children's safety at all times and follow the seat belt policy on all outings.
  • Promote spiritual development, social interaction and fun.
  • Assist in organizing, maintaining and cleaning of own classroom area.
  • Communicate regularly with parents of children in program.
  • Communicate regularly with the Training Facilitator for Kids On Boarding. 
  • Assist Training Facilitator for Kids On Boarding in all components of program preparation, implementation, and follow-up as directed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    Education and Experience

  • Prior experience working with children required.
  • CPR and First Aid certified beneficial.
