Marketing Systems Administrator
Summary:  Assist with the implementation and migration from Donor Perfect to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and solution accuracy. Champion the new system by providing support and training to the department. Assess, design, validate, and maintain marketing optimization, integration, and automation efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Include but Not Limited To)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Participates in all solution elaboration and data migration sessions as needed
  • Perform requirements analysis, research, and solution identification for new and existing business processes
  • Liaise with Information Services (IS) department, adhering to change management standards and deliverables
  • Serve as Salesforce super-user, advocating for user adoption
  • Ensures CRM data integrity
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

The requirements listed below are representative of the education and / or experience required.

  • BSC/BA in Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or relevant field
  • Salesforce Certification (preferred)
  • Successful completion of Mercy Ships Entry Training will be required within the first year.
