Summary:  
Description:  The ISC HR Specialist provides administrative excellence in talent acquisition, employer branding and project management.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities (Include But Not Limited To)
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Support administration of recruiting, interviewing, and selection of candidates for hire.
Coordinate communication with new hires.
Structure offers of employment and establish new hire in various HR systems.
Coordinate process improvements and departmental project alignment. 
Develop employer branding initiatives. 
Other duties as assigned

Education And Experience
The requirements listed below are representative of the education and / or experience required.

HR administration experience
Bachelor's Degree required, preference for HR, Organizational Management or Business
Successful completion of Mercy Ships OnBoarding will be completed within the first year
