Global Brand Creative Project Manager
Summary:  The Global Brand Creative Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, supporting and executing various projects and creative campaign assets produced within the Global Brand Team.

This includes ongoing communication assets, coordination and set up of distribution tools, providing support to Global Brand Managers with campaign and project needs and managing the end to end execution of their own assigned projects.

The Creative Project Coordinator is a brand ambassador with an eye for detail,an inventive and enthusiastic problem solver at ease in working in an ever-changing environment: demonstrating  flexibility and collaboration, can define creative objectives and is committed to supporting Mercy Ships brand and is committed to supporting Mercy Ships brand.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Oversee the development and execution of Project Coordinator owned assignments and projects assigned to Global Brand Manager and creative contributors

Produces or edits creative assets and communication collateral as needed Collaborates with Global Brand Leadership and internal stakeholders to manage and prioritize projects

Collaborates with Global Brand leadership and Mercy Ships internal stakeholders to manage and prioritize  projects from kick-off to completion, including the creation and communication of project schedules, tracking and ensuring all deliverables are met, asset procurement, quality control, internal review and sign-off requirements and final file delivery
