Essential duties and responsibilities:
Oversee the development and execution of Project Coordinator owned assignments and projects assigned to Global Brand Manager and creative contributors
Produces or edits creative assets and communication collateral as needed
Collaborates with Global Brand Leadership and internal stakeholders to manage and prioritize projects
Collaborates with Global Brand leadership and Mercy Ships internal stakeholders to manage and prioritize projects from kick-off to completion, including the creation and communication of project schedules, tracking and ensuring all deliverables are met, asset procurement, quality control, internal review and sign-off requirements and final file delivery
