The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides support to the ISC Talent Acquisition team by way of administrative and recruiting responsibilities. 

Essential Duties And Responsibilities (Include But Not Limited To)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Support administration of recruiting, by posting opportunities on various job boards and assisting candidates with their application
  • Responsible for the recruitment selection of non-exempt job opportunities
  • Coordinate communication with new hires, including start dates, structuring offers of employment and capturing all new hire paperwork
  • Structure offers of employment and establish new hire in various HR systems
  • Coordinate with departments and process applications for the internship program
  • Develop relationships with local schools and job core groups
  • Attend local career events
  • Other duties as assigned

Education And Experience

The requirements listed below are representative of the education and / or experience required.

  • HR administration and/or recruitment experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, preference for HR, Organizational Management or Business
  • Successful completion of Mercy Ships Entry Training will be required within the first year.
