- Identify, develop and implement effective full-cycle recruitment processes including recruitment metrics, talent acquisition strategies, and building new talent pools.
- Ensure the Talent Experience is in alignment with the Mercy Ships Mission and Values.
- Manage the Talent Acquisition team members by providing continual training, mentoring.
- Ensure presence at all relevant local events, career fairs, etc.
- Track metrics to measure sourcing and placement success and monitor the return-on-investment (ROI) of recruitment activities, recommending adjustments accordingly.
- Act as the recruiting department subject matter expert on Global Recruitment tactics and develop new global sourcing initiatives.
- Collaborate and build relationships with the HR Business Partners.
- Collaborate with internal branding team and contribute to the marketing strategies to attract passive and active candidates, as well as to increase local awareness of Mercy Ships and optimizing employer branding.
- Explore and maintain current knowledge of industry best practices and implement as appropriate in the organization.
